Add your products by clicking on the ‘Publish Ad’ button. enter the product info, then click on ‘Publish’.
Your account manager will reach out to provide support, verify your information and register your presence.
Mawsool: An e-commerce platform that allows users to buy and sell products and services, with personalized support for accounts and a map to display sellers, facilitating easy and reliable communication with them.
Seller: The user registers an account on the Mawsool platform and authenticates it using OTP (One-Time Password). Then, they create a list of products they wish to sell by adding information about the product and publishing it on the platform.
Buyer: The buyer navigates to the Mawsool platform and selects the city they want to shop from. Then, they search for the product or service they want to purchase, and once found, they communicate with the seller to complete the purchase process.
Mawsool agent provides support to users, authenticates their information, and records their presence on the Mawsool map. Some subscriptions also offer additional features such as communication and account management capabilities.
The Mawsool map is a feature provided by the platform to display sellers on the map, making it easy for customers to find them and complete purchases.
If the order doesn’t reach the customer, the buyer may contact the seller to inquire about the status of the order and learn more about the issue. If the customer doesn’t receive the order, they can contact the customer service of Moasol platform for assistance and problem resolution.
